Welcome to VoyaZen (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “App”). VoyaZen is an AI-powered travel companion application operated from the Republic of Türkiye. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VoyaZen mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using VoyaZen, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use VoyaZen. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are using VoyaZen on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
VoyaZen provides the following Services:
VoyaZen is offline-first. The majority of your data is stored locally on your device. Cloud services are used selectively for AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, subscription verification, place discovery, media retrieval, and feedback collection.
VoyaZen does not require an account to function. You may use the app entirely offline with a local profile.
VoyaZen is designed as an offline-first application that does not require an account. You may use all core features — trip planning, budget management, expense tracking, AI itinerary generation, place discovery, and reflection — without creating an account or providing credentials.
When you first open VoyaZen, you create a local profile with your name, default currency, and travel preferences. This profile is stored entirely on your device. No password, email verification, or authentication is required.
Certain features (such as cloud sync, collaborative trip planning, and multi-device access) may require an account in future updates. When these features become available, you will be informed within the app and asked to create an account at that time. Account creation will remain optional — core trip planning functionality will continue to work without an account.

All payments are processed through RevenueCat and the respective app stores. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period, and you will be notified in advance.
“User Content” includes any data, text, images, photos, trip details, budget information, journal entries, AI chat messages, voice input, Lens-imported URLs, feedback submissions, and other materials you create, upload, or store within VoyaZen.
You retain full ownership of your User Content. VoyaZen does not claim ownership of any User Content you submit.
By using the Services, you grant VoyaZen a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or uninstall the app.
When you use AI-powered features, your trip context, budget data, and queries may be sent to our AI processing infrastructure (OpenAI via our backend servers). All API calls are encrypted and authenticated. By using AI features, you consent to this processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Certain AI/ML processing occurs entirely on your device: receipt OCR (Google ML Kit), voice transcription (Whisper), and speech recognition. This data does not leave your device.
You may not use VoyaZen to store, process, or transmit content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive; infringes on intellectual property rights; contains malware or harmful code; harasses, threatens, or discriminates against others; or violates any applicable law or regulation.
VoyaZen uses OpenAI GPT models to generate travel recommendations, itineraries, cultural insights, culinary suggestions, and conversational responses. AI-generated content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only and may contain errors, outdated information, or hallucinations. You should independently verify any critical information before acting on it. AI-generated content does not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or travel advice.
Our AI is restricted to travel-related topics. It will refuse requests outside this domain (e.g., coding, medical advice, legal advice, politics).
Receipt OCR (Google ML Kit) and voice transcription (Whisper) are processed entirely on your device. These on-device models do not send data to external servers.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; circumvent technical protections; use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Services; scrape or automatically extract data; impersonate any person or entity; use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications; or attempt to access another user’s data without authorization.
VoyaZen and all related trademarks, logos, software, and designs are the property of VoyaZen or its licensors. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them into the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While VoyaZen provides local backup/export functionality, we do not guarantee the integrity of backup files or their compatibility with future versions.
VoyaZen supports exporting your data in PDF, CSV, Excel, and JSON/ZIP formats. These exports contain your complete trip data, including expenses, budgets, and journal entries. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of any exported files. We recommend storing them in a secure location and deleting them when no longer needed.
VoyaZen integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to: Apple App Store & Google Play Store (subscription billing); RevenueCat (subscription verification); Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics & Remote Config (analytics, crash reporting, feature flags — analytics requires explicit consent); OpenAI (AI processing via our backend servers); Cloudflare (backend infrastructure & edge computing); Nominatim / OpenStreetMap (geocoding); Pexels & Unsplash (place and destination images); TCMB & Frankfurter (exchange rates); Google Maps & Apple Maps (map rendering); Google ML Kit (on-device OCR — no data leaves device); Whisper (on-device voice transcription — no data leaves device); Resend (email forwarding for user feedback); and Google Fonts (typography).
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. VoyaZen does not integrate with Facebook, Meta, or any social login provider.
You may stop using VoyaZen at any time. You can delete the App from your device. To delete your data, use the in-app data deletion features or contact us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide notice where feasible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, any outstanding subscription fees remain due, and provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations).
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that the results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable; or that any errors in the Services will be corrected.
Because VoyaZen is primarily offline-first, some features (AI processing, place discovery, media retrieval, exchange rate updates) require internet connectivity. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, loss, or theft. You are encouraged to use the in-app backup feature regularly.
AI-generated recommendations, itineraries, and insights are generated by third-party language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. On-device AI/ML (OCR, voice transcription) may produce errors depending on input quality and device capabilities.
Place information, images, exchange rates, and geocoding data are sourced from third-party providers (OpenStreetMap, Pexels, Unsplash, TCMB, Frankfurter). We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of third-party data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoyaZen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. VoyaZen’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if VoyaZen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoyaZen and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as an EU consumer under applicable consumer protection laws.
Before filing any formal legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at voyazen2026@gmail.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications and updates to the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VoyaZen regarding the Services.
By using VoyaZen, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
